The last three hunts are rut hunts for trophy deer. Bow hunts for deer, elk and antelope are also available. You will see and set up Pope & Young animals on a hunt with us. Also available are spring turkey, upland game birds and prairie dogs. We hunt primarily on foot or from 4 X 4 vehicles. Terrain varies from breaks and badlands to river bottoms and sagebrush plains.

We send Montana hunting license applications to clients who have confirmed bookings. With our "certificate of booking" your deer license is guaranteed. Deadline is March 15. Antelope deadline is June 1st, fee is $203. Turkey tags are available locally for $115 and Doe deer or antelope are $73.
We provide professional caping services and skinning for all of our clients. Your meat can be processed locally at a reasonable fee. You are responsible for your game. The nearest airports are Billings, Montana or Rapid City South Dakota. Both are approximately a 3 hour drive from our ranch. We recommend that you rent a car there to complete the trip. Rifle season sometimes includes snow and frigid temperatures so be sure to pack the appropriate clothing. Bring a light weight sleeping bag for our beds as we do not provide bedding. All else is provided.
