When it comes to hunting big deer, and making that dream come true, Cedar Breaks Outfitting has a guided hunting history that spans a quarter century with success rates pushing 100%. How do we do it? We have one heck of a lot of deer on some of the best deer habitat in the west, and terrific guides who study deer behavior. They know where the big boys live and know what a trophy-class deer will do almost before he does.
All our hunts are fair chase, no fence, and are conducted across 100,000 acres of premium private ranch land that’s managed for mature bucks. We typically book just 35-48 hunts a year, half of which are Archery hunts on all that remote land. Why? It’s simple; low hunting pressure helps ensure high hunter success.
From our comfortable lodge and great food to our pre-dawn to dark hunting ethic, our one and only goal is to see you have a great time while harvesting the buck of your dreams. Simply put, we spare no effort in positioning you to take that once-in-a-lifetime trophy.
Besides exceptional mule deer hunting, we also have several ranches that produce whitetail bucks in the 150-class every season. One ranch is managed for archery deer hunts only and antelope hunting is outstanding on many of our leases. Trophy pronghorns in the 14-15" category are readily available, evidenced by the fact that 100% of our rifle hunters take mature bucks. Even our bow hunters are 100% on opportunity and 98% successful over the last decade.
And that’s not all. If you like to hunt turkeys this is the place. Our spring Merriam's gobbler hunts produce 100% success on swaggering long beard toms. From multitudes of prairie dogs to the pulse-pounding suspense of spot-and-stalk mule deer, we’ve got something for every hunter.
